I am Mohammad Ahshanul Karim, an AI automation and business-process specialist based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, working remotely with teams in the United States.

My career started in corporate banking. For five years at The Premier Bank and Bank Asia I prepared and analysed credit proposals — reading financial statements, judging risk, and writing reports that decisions were made on. That work taught me to be careful with data and clear about what is verified and what is not.

In 2020 I moved into recruitment marketing and operations. At Engineering Recruiting Expert and now SIGIL Partners, I run lead generation, market research, and CRM operations — the daily work of finding companies that are hiring and the people who make decisions there. Much of that work is repetitive: searching, copying, cleaning, checking.

So I started automating it. First with spreadsheets and scripts, then with n8n workflows, custom PHP and Python tools, and — most recently — AI agents that can read, retrieve, and decide. Today I build systems like a RAG support agent with human approval, an MCP-powered travel assistant, a LinkedIn scraper capable of collecting over 100,000 job listings a day, and a CRM that a whole team uses every day.

How I work

• Start with the process, not the tool. I map what people actually do before I automate any of it.
• Keep humans in the loop where it counts. An AI draft with an approve button beats an AI that sends alone.
• Never invent data. My agents say "not available" instead of guessing — a habit from credit analysis.
• Document everything. Every tool I build has a status file so anyone can pick it up later.
• Plain language. I explain technical work in simple terms, because most of the people I build for are not developers.
