Turning job-market, campaign, and CRM data into short management reports — who is hiring, where, which campaigns work, and where the next opportunities are.

How it flows

  1. 1Collect job-market and campaign data
  2. 2Clean and combine it in Excel or Google Sheets
  3. 3Analyse hiring trends, locations, and response rates
  4. 4Write a one-page management summary
  5. 5Present recommendations to the team

What it is

Recruitment and marketing teams collect a lot of data — job posts, outreach replies, CRM activity — but rarely have time to read it. My role is to turn that data into a short report that answers three questions: What happened? What does it mean? What should we do next?

Typical reports

  • Hiring-market snapshot — which companies and cities are hiring for a given role, and how that changed since last month.
  • Campaign performance — replies, meetings, and conversions by campaign, list, and message.
  • Prospect pipeline — new targets found, qualified, contacted, and converted.

Approach

Numbers first, then one paragraph of meaning, then one clear recommendation. This style comes directly from writing credit proposals for bank management, where every page had to support a decision.
