Lead Generation

Lead Generation for Engineering Recruitment Firms

Ongoing client work — finding companies that are hiring, identifying the decision-makers, and delivering verified contact lists that recruiters can act on the same day.

How it flows

  1. 1Spot companies with active hiring signals
  2. 2Identify hiring managers and decision-makers
  3. 3Find and verify email addresses and phone numbers
  4. 4Load clean records into the client's CRM
  5. 5Report results weekly

What the client needs

Engineering recruitment firms live on new client accounts. Every week they need a fresh list of companies that are hiring engineers right now, and the names of the people who decide which agency to use.

How the work is done

  1. Find the signal — monitor job boards and LinkedIn for companies posting engineering roles, growing teams, or opening new locations.
  2. Qualify the company — check size, industry, location, and whether they already work with staffing agencies.
  3. Identify decision-makers — hiring managers, engineering leads, HR and talent-acquisition heads, found through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.
  4. Verify contact details — emails checked with Verifalia; phone numbers looked up and confirmed where possible.
  5. Deliver — clean, de-duplicated records loaded into Bullhorn or a shared sheet, with source notes so the recruiter knows why this company is on the list.

Why it works

The lists are built from hiring behaviour, so outreach reaches people who have a real need this week. Over time the manual steps in this process became the blueprint for the automations and internal tools shown elsewhere on this site.
